Shifting: Plan for It!

We are probably in the midst of “National Liar’s Month,” you know, the top of the year, January. When most make resolutions, or more accurately expressed fantasy desires, they would like to happen or come about during the next 12 month period, as long as they don’t have to put forth any effort. The intention might be there, but the resolve to get it done, whatever it may be, is missing somewhat. Emphatically, planning and upfront preparation are necessary to accomplish what one sets out to do. Unfortunately, more often than not, there is no executable plan in place, which is why three weeks later, the process/project is trashed—no workable plan.

There is a plan in place in the shifted state with an actual objective. If one has a one-year project planned for their betterment, trust me, they have planned things out to reach their goal. The steps and time frames that will bring them to the end they wish to attain will be followed to a T, and nothing or no one will distract them in any way. One must be serious, not only of mouth but of activity and effort. You are not good enough to speak things into existence like that. You’re not.

If I were to offer counsel, I would suggest resolving something they want. Keep it simple. Don’t do it if it is too difficult for your focus. Choose something more attainable and get your confidence up. There will be another opportunity for you to work on a more difficult self-improvement project. Table that one until you have developed the skills and the resolve along with the purpose. Once this is done, the attainment of goals will be much easier. Goals will flow within the parameters of your individuality – your beingness. Remember, this is about you and your wellbeing. Yes, something different for real.

All this to mean, resolve something: Make an effort to set a medium to a long-term goal: Take the time to plan it out. Divide the task into manageable steps. Then take a deep breath and get to work for work is what it will take to complete.

May 2022 be your best year ever as you hone new skills that will benefit you s you continue in life.
