Beginnings.
Aren’t we just at the perfect place in time and space for this? A time when half the country is looking with hope towards a perceived new beginning, and the other half seeing a beginning of the end. Maybe there’s a few that see the same ol same ol, yet we don’t seem to have the loudest voices, the way the extremes of the “us vs. them” paradigms, brought on by fear and propaganda. Yes. Fear, I believe, is in all of it. If fear is an entity, then it’s cunning enough to know how to infiltrate all thought forms. Do you think thoughts, something else, or a mixture of things creates fear? I don’t know myself, but I thought I’d ask.
This isn’t going to be a very long article. I’m finding that beginnings is something the next year has in store for me, in more ways than one. Changes feel like they’re coming. Some of my brain and behavior appears to be in a “rewiring phase”.
I suppose it’s easier to say that perceptions and worldviews are changing. New evidence for different thought is here. For one, the past election cycle has indeed “turned the world upside-down” for many. I’m not going too far into that, for I’m more curious than fearful of it. Why should I be a self-appointed prophet of doom? Been there. Done that. Dead end.
So, beginning, new beginnings.
Trying to understand the other half of the world, and self.
Already taking steps to look outside my bubble, and things are progressing quite well.
My apologies for lack of details, for I’m learning them myself as I go along.
Peace to you all and Happy New Year!
