Words of Dr. Russell

TODAY, I WILL USE MY IMAGINATION TO CREATE the best version of my future self that I can imagine. I will hold this vision of myself in my mind’s eye until I am able to match that same frequency every day effortlessly.

The Ten Principles of Emotional Healing

1. Your healing is activated and powered by your intention to heal.

2. You are responsible for your own healing. Make healing your mission.

3. The purpose of healing is to remove all energetic blockages from your mind, body, heart, and spirit.

4. The roots of emotional trauma are deep and unseen; it is essential that you discover, uncover, and overcome them.

5. Emotional trauma is formed and stored in your long-term memory and then manifests as unease and disease in your body-mind.

6. Fully identifying, feeling, and processing your buried childhood pain is critical to your recovery.

7. No matter what you are suffering from, begin to see yourself as already healed mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

8. Complete energetic healing is a reflection of total freedom from your body-mind.

9. Until you heal yourself, you will continue to pass your suffering on to future generations.

10. Once you heal yourself, help others to do the same.
