Pad Thai Chicken/ Shrimp Recipe: from Thai Cooking School
Pad Thai Chicken/Shrimp
Ingredients: • Cooking Oil • Rice Noodles (100-200gr) • Shrimps (100gr)/ Chicken • Diced Yellow Tofu (100gr) • 2 eggs • Pad Thai Sauce • Bean sprouts • Chives • Water (100ml) • Roasted crushed peanuts • Ground Chili pepper • Lime (juice)
Preparation: Heat the pan. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil add Shrimp and diced Tofu. Scramble the eggs and add Pad Thai sauce, noodles and stir fry until cooked. If noodles seem dry please sprinkle some water (3-4 Tablespoons) Add 100 gr of bean sprouts and sliced chives. Keep cooking for 1 more minute. To serve sprinkle crushed roasted peanuts and add sliced Lemon at the side. Add fish sauce for more taste.
