This Me

This Me,
loving, receptive, and discriminating
is a creature of Now.
Welcoming? Maybe.
Most things that come to This Me
do not come to stay,
must not stay,
cannot stay.
Somethings
only come as data
or for review.
In any case,
we part in mutual gratitude
at the end of their season.
How else
can This Me be ready
for the endless stream of Now
to come?
At peace,
This deeper Me
emerges,
expressing this truest Me.
This Me
is always comfortable,
enveloped
in its own frequency,
unique,
amid the Oneness.
This Me
Seeks its own,
Attracts its own.
Effortlessly and unapologetically
This Me is grounded,
at once timely and timeless.
This Me
makes the best decisions,
and is a stranger to regret
and awfulizing,
This Me is trustworthy and solid,
ever present,
it keeps its promises
made to itself.
Other iterations of Me,
worried, fatigued, and afraid
strive
to be This Me.
