Garden Spices asked, "What's so funny?" "

I have to tell y'all what happened at Mr. K's 80th Birthday party. His children constructed a Trivia game based on his life experiences. Upon answering the question, the person was to state where and how they met Mr. K., and answer the question.

Well, Mr. K's son asked about the first thing his father would say upon meeting someone new. Before I knew it, the mic traveled to my youngest grandson, Morgan, 19. He spoke with authority and without hesitation. "I'm Morgan, and Mr. K. is my grandmother's lover."

Needless to say, I slid under the table while the party laughed. (There was also a minister from the Church of Christ present.) Mr. K's daughter, Kobi, couldn't get over it. She said it was the funniest thing she had heard in ages.

Morgan continued his answer, and we all knew what it was: "He would tell you about Khan Academy. "

After a month of searching, I finally found Dolce and Gabbana for much less at Temu. About $50 difference, it was only $12 with my credit of $5, I only had to pay $7. Just as I was about to place the order, I made the picture bigger to see the ounces; that's when I noticed the name said 'Dolce and Dana!'

Who's your favorite comedian and why?

Emma Lockridge

He’s deceased. Richard Pryor. He was brilliant and funny. He truly understood how to deliver the facts, no matter the topic, and make it funny.

I like Dave Chappelle. He’s brilliant, but not funny sometimes.

Barry Cochran

Leanne Morgan...her jokes are so relatable. She is funny and serious at the same time!

I understand it's challenging to see the humor during these times, yet you manage to find the light in every situation. I applaud and thank you for your contributions to this issue.

Our next issue is on December 4th, and our topic is "Aging." Don't grimace, we all have to do it, no matter what our current age. How does aging affect you in mind, body, and spirit?
