As some of you know, I am a personal coach using a lot of modalities in my practice, one of which is astrology. Most in this field believe we are at the beginning of major shifts on the planet. To that end, and working with a quantum physicist, one of my colleagues has implemented a short, 15-minute meditation period to be practiced at the same time all across the globe. She is in England, so 7:00 pm is the time there – we in the central time zone of the US would be participating at 1:00 pm. If you are in a different time zone, you can easily look up the corresponding time for your location. There are folks all over the globe meditating together at the specific time, imagining themselves and a world filled with joy, peace, and “enoughness” for all sentient beings. Also, imagining that we are actually holding hands with those around the world in this endeavor as we hold the highest vibrational resonance we can.

While this might seem a little “airy-fairy” to some folks, various groups have practiced this type of connection, managing to reduce crime rates in the cities they focused on by cleaning water and land through concentrated meditation, among other methods. I happen to think it is a very powerful yet easy way to contribute to the health and welfare of all on the planet, and I invite you to participate. You don’t need to be on “Zoom” or any other connection – as we are truly all one – and will be connected in our individual practices as we meditate at the same time together.

It's not necessary to do this on a daily basis if you cannot, but any time you can will not only help the planet, but I feel it will help you individually through this difficult time we have been facing. I have tended to stay “up” on current news, but that truly negates my individual happiness and hope for a better future – I believe this practice will have a significant impact to counter the pain, sadness, and impotence we might be feeling as well as having a major impact on how the shifts will occur.
