As soon as I tasted the Green Shrimp Curry it was a wrap. The vegetables were so fresh and cooked to perfection, and my bowl was loaded with shrimp with a large basil leaf floated on top.

My first encounter! The vegetables crunched!

Beyond the food, what I love about Fuji 168 is the service. I have never entered the restaurant without receiving a smile, and whether I am dining there or picking up the food is consistently delicious.

Almost a year ago, I went to Fuji's for lunch, and there was a large black board advertising a Fuji bowl. I was upset because it was so healthy, and I was there to have something more hearty. Reluctantly, I gave it a try. It was delicious and I was full at the finish line.

I takeout for my vegetarian friend who was caring for her mom. She really wanted the Thai rice. I'm thinking, "Why are you ordering the rice when there's so much more on the menu?" We arrived with our bags of Fuji dishes and all shared the rice. I tell you it was so good I understood why the order.

Of course, there are the Panangs, the Pad Thai, Hibachi , and other Japanese items. After all, it is a Japanese restaurant. And you have your Bobo Tea. Plus, now they have wine!
