This Issue: Light!!

Ok. I give up! There is no way to predict the outcome of an issue of Garden Spices Magazine, which is what the magic of this mission is all about. I throw out a word, and the Contributors digest it and express what they feel about the word in their articles. The months November and December find almost every spiritual tradition or culture celebrating a holiday – Al-Hija, Baha’u’llah, Bodhi Day, Christmas, Diwali, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and Songkran, to name a few. The first word that emerged from my spirit was, “LIGHT,” which, to me, was holiday perfect. You would think we could call this issue our HOLIDAY gift of light. Instead, it is our EVERYDAY gift of expressing the LIGHT WITHIN US any time of the year!

They take us to who inspires them; to how we can tap into our own light; to how to light up a community, and to the melting pot of influences that makes them truly shine.  After all, Garden Spices is a reflection of our Contributors — LIGHT!!!   “This little light of mine…”
