Sarin’s Thai: Pork Ribs with Honey
This recipe is one of my favorites for pork ribs. It teaches an easy method on how to make Pork loin tender through marinated spices and ingredients. The rib recipe was mouthwatering and delicious.
2 lbs. of pork ribs
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp salt
5 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine
4 tablespoons ketchup
1. Chop ribs into pieces. Then rinse and dry.
2. Marinate with soy sauce, honey, ketchup, salt, wine for about two hours.
3. Pour the marinated pork ribs into the pot . Top the ribs with water. Heat medium until boiling Then simmer until the water cooks down.
4. The dish is served with pickled ginger.
