This is one of my favorite recipes and this is very easy to make as well. Although I make this with Salmon fish, this can be very well used with any other fish. The idea is to marinate mix and serve good quantity of protein and veggies for any meal.

Ingredients: Salmon Fish Fillet



Olive Oil

Cayenne Pepper



Lime juice


1) Marinade for the fish

For the marinade take honey lime juice garlic salt and pepper in a bowl and mix it with olive oil. Marinade the fish with the mixture and if you wish use your choice of vegetables. I like to use sweet peppers and onions.

2) Baking:

Pre heat the oven into 400 degree F. Once it’s ready, bake it for 15-20 minutes. Once it’s done serve it with your choice of salad or side dish.
